As an expert professional in your area, you ensure assistance aimed at customer satisfaction of all Sysmex products / solutions in the assigned geographic area.· Member of the regional technical service team
· Maintenance of contracts with clients
· Attend appointments with the client for corrective interventions
· Being responsible of the proper functioning of the installed base in its assigned geographic area
Field Service Engineer - Centre (f/m/x)
In this role you will:
Provide added value
· Carry out installations and guarantees
· Execute corrective technical actions
· Carry out repair actions and maintenance visits
· Report data regarding the quality situation of the installations from the field of work to the head office
· Maintain the quality of installations & detects errors.
· Keep physicians informed about the proper functioning of the laboratory facilities
· Provides basic technical training after installation.
· Provides support to sales and marketing teams in congresses, exhibitions, and workshops
· Optimizes net sales within its territorial scope in cooperation with sales representatives
· Complete and record the installation and maintenance reports.
· Manage the packaging waste generated in the field work in an appropriate way
Job requirements
· University degree or equivalent in engineering or biosciences.
· Advanced certificate in electronics and/or equivalent industry experience
· Technical knowledge of electronic equipment (preferably IVD)
· Knowledge as a user of PC tools and software applications · Languages: fluent Italian and English General professional experience:
· Knowledge of electronic equipment compliance with SOP's and WI's
· Self-motivation with the ability to work under stressful situations
Professional experience for the position:
· 3-5 years of experience managing technical teams in the IVD industry including direct customer contact
