Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Revenue Specialist, the Reservations Manager ensures the smooth operation of the Reservations Department to achieve rooms sales targets and maximize revenue. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, highly motivated, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level. He/She needs to have strong understanding of distribution platforms, programs and channels.

Minimum Requirements:
* At least a 2-year experience in a similar role at a 5-star luxury property.
* Ability to use Opera Cloud PMS.
* Knowledge of SynXis Channel Manager.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in English and Italian. Third language is a plus.
* Working knowledge of Revenue Management System (G3 Ideas) would be extra beneficial.
* High level of attention to detail, accuracy and refined manners.
Languages Required:
* Italian and English. German, French, and Spanish are a plus.
