What You Will Do: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead Security and BMS projects within our Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the projects, including budget, schedule, resources, and deliverable quality. What We Look For: Education : A University degree in Engineering (or a related field). Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in Security or BMS projects. Technical Skills : Project Lifecycle: Proficient in managing the full project lifecycle, from system design and specification through to installation, commissioning, and handover. Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (e.g. P&IDs), system schematics, and wiring diagrams. Non-specific Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools and applications. BMS Knowledge: Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), including integration with HVAC, lighting, access control, and security systems. Familiarity with communication protocols used in BMS, such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX. Process and Procedures : Strong ability to adhere to established processes while proactively identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly. Language Skills : Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules, demonstrating flexibility in approach. Travel : Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally as needed for project oversight and customer interactions.
