Job Description
In the role of Administration and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing administrative and financial activities, in conjunction with Group structures and with the support of the COO area. Specifically, you will coordinate activities related to the preparation of the company's financial statements and monthly reporting packages, ensuring compliance with current regulations and adherence to corporate governance practices. You will supervise the drafting of cash flows and the preparation of accurate forecasts to support management decisions. You will actively collaborate in defining the annual budget and oversee the expenditure process. You will also be responsible for monitoring corporate performance through periodic reporting activities, identifying any deviations from business objectives and proposing appropriate corrective actions. You will be tasked with ensuring control over outsourcing contracts and corporate treasury.
