Job Summary: Perform all operations necessary for the handling of materials, receiving, and shipping of goods in accordance with the quality requirements outlined in the warehouse management procedure. Responsibilities and Duties: Know and apply the provisions of the Warehouse Management Procedure and the documents referenced therein. Perform goods receiving operations (unloading and unpacking) for incoming packages. Perform goods acceptance operations (incoming). Manage documentation of incoming goods. Provide identification, registration, and storage of goods in the appropriate department/warehouse and in the company management system, depending on product coding. Manage the physical and managerial handling of materials, inbound, outbound, and within the warehouse areas. Manage the preparation of material required by assembly departments (including kitting) and other company areas. Perform packing and shipping operations for goods, including managing documentation of outgoing goods as per company procedures. Identify and manage any Non-Compliance for material/documentation, both incoming and outgoing. Participate in the physical counting of goods during warehouse inventory. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work environments. Qualifications and Skills: Comfortable working with deadlines. Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations of export. Previous experience in warehouse activities of 3 years. Knowledge of quality assurance procedures (according to AS/EN 9100). Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). English Language (written and spoken): B2 or greater. Work passion and smart learning attitude. Ability to use management software. High School Diploma. Attention to detail. Strong time management skills. Communication skills. Ability to work well with others. Organizational skills. Optional Skills: Knowledge and use of management software (Microsoft Dynamics Nav software preferred). Knowledge in electronic or mechanical or optical physical basics.
