About The Role As a junior team member, you will assist in all consultancy activities, including project management, cost management, and technical advisory for multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting business unit in delivering high-quality services. Oversee the construction project's progress to ensure it aligns with the client's objectives and contractual obligations. Conducting site visits accompanied by senior team members. Taking part in building surveying commissions. Reviewing relevant documentation such as building plans, maintenance records, and compliance certificates to ensure accuracy and completeness. Preparing bids for services. Assisting the team in the preparation of cost estimates and option studies, cost plans, cost-in-use studies. Participating in preparation of tender documentation and managing the tender process, evaluation, and reporting of tenders. Administering contracts as a contract administrator, owner representative, or project manager. Supporting the valuation of completed work. Preparing reports to customers. Remaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager. You will develop knowledge and experience in the following: Project management. Project monitoring. Technical due diligence. Quantification of construction works and activities. Cost management. Employee Assistance Programme. About The Candidate Who we’re looking for: Some previous experience in the construction / real estate sector (including internships). Knowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to work as part of a team. Methodical way of thinking and approach to work. Excellent numeracy skills. Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Italian and English.
