Responsabilità Chiave Attività di segretariato d’azienda e supporto amministrativo secondo necessità delle varie funzioni aziendali e del management di riferimento. Preparazione di presentazioni e/o relazioni attraverso l’utilizzo del software appropriato (Power Point, Excel, Word). Organizzazione di riunioni, videoconferenze e teleconferenze in loco e fuori sede secondo le necessità. Supporto nell’organizzazione di viaggi ed eventi aziendali. Assistenza al management secondo necessità e a sostegno di progetti e dipartimenti come Risorse Umane e Facilities & Real Estate. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di maturità e/o Laurea. Conoscenza della lingua Inglese ad un livello intermedio sia scritto che orale. Capacità di lavorare in autonomia anche senza supervisione. Capacità di relazionarsi con team interno e con stakeholder esterni ad esempio fornitori. Buone doti comunicative sia scritte che orali. Automunito/a.
