This position offers 8 hour shifts, temp to hire opportunity, and starting pay of $18 per hour. Production Operator Benefits:

Production Operator Responsibilities:
* Measuring material and pattern cutting
* Sheet metal work including shearing, punching, bending, grinding, chop saw, soldering, band saw, etc.
* Plastic membrane work including cutting, forming, and welding
* Assisting with shipping and receiving as necessary
* Safety awareness of machinery and workplace
* Physical checks of production and quality control
* Cross train
* Other duties as assigned
Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Mechanically inclined
* Operate hand tools such as a grinder, drill, skill saw, and other common small tools
* Previous shop labor or sheet metal experience
* Ability to read and use a tape measure
* Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Computer skills
* Basic math, reading, and writing skills
* Work well with a team and positive attitude
