We are looking for aSales Managementto join the Rome-based team of this international powerhouse. Reporting directly to theSales Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, analyzing performance data, ensuring project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Fluency in Chinese is a mandatory requirement, as you will collaborate closely with Chinese-speaking teams and stakeholders at both regional and global levels.Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Management
Define, implement, and track annual order and revenue targets. Organize the breakdown of objectives and ensure consistent progress through regular sales meetings, reporting, and data-driven analysis.
Sales Pipeline Forecasting
Manage the sales pipeline and major accounts. Create order and revenue forecasts, assess risks, and provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
Sales Project Management
Oversee full project lifecycles, from initiation to closure. Detect potential issues early, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive resolution to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Process Compliance Oversight
Improve and promote adherence to regional sales processes, especially in the Opportunity-to-Order (OTO) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycles. Monitor contract signing, internal controls, and compliance with global standards.Requirements
Proven experience insales and/or project management, with a solid foundation in data analysis, KPI tracking, and business decision support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
Prior involvement in customer/channel sales, operations, finance, or quality management is a plus.
Proficiency in tools such asPRM, Salesforce, Eplus, or similar enterprise platforms.
Mandatory: Proficiency in Chinese(written and spoken), due to frequent interaction with Chinese-speaking teams and documentation.Additional Information
