Our client is looking for an Outlet Operations Manager to add to their team, near Vista, CA. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets, including a full-service restaurant and a coffee shop. Our client is looking for someone with at least three (3) years of food and beverage management experience, overseeing staff, scheduling and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Outlet Operations Manager Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
* Manage and train diverse teams, ensuring high performance
* Maintain employee records for attendance, punctuality, and performance
* Create work schedules, adjust staffing levels and oversee labor needs
* Participate in menu planning, inventory management and supply orders
* Maintain strong guest and team relations, ensuring top service quality
* Conduct regular staff meetings for updates
* Standardize beverage recipes and ensure bartenders follow them
* Ensure compliance with regulations, food safety, and sanitation standards
* Sanitize food contact areas regularly and provide necessary equipment and supplies
* Foster effective communication across all internal teams
Outlet Operations Manager Qualifications
* 3+ years of food and beverage operations and team management experience required
* Hotel/resort/casino or similar hospitality experience required
* Payroll/schedule/timesheets/labor management experience required
* Proficiency with various software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
* Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays) required
* Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Services (RBS) certification required
