We are seeking an organized and proactive Program Manager to join our COO Office. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing internal programs and projects within the Program Office (PMO) of Global Operations domain. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Program Manager will report to the Head of Program Office of Global Operations and play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
Program and Project Planning:
* Assist in defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop project plans and ensure effective communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
* Allocate resources and manage project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Team Coordination:
* Work closely with project team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
* Help monitor project progress and assist in adjusting plans when needed.
Budget and Resource Management:
* Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines.
* Identify potential risks and assist in developing plans to mitigate them.
* Help maintain project documentation and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Maintain regular communication with the Head of Program Office and other key stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
* Assist in preparing project reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
* Build relationships with internal teams to help ensure successful project outcomes.
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
PMP, or similar project management certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably with industry clients.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; Italian language is a plus.
