Job Title : Junior HR Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Main Activities
1. Recruiting: job posting, CV screening, interview, feedback to the line;
2. On-boarding procedure for all new hires;
3. Organizing training programs (funded and non-funded): gathering training needs, working with internal and external providers, monitoring documentation, recording mandatory training, collect certifications, working with external entities for training funding;
4. Supporting the Industrial HR team with reporting activities on new hires, job rotations, vacancies using SAP Success Factors;
5. Involvement in internal communication activities;
6. Interaction with internal stakeholders and business managers to support them with Recruitment and Training processes
Requirements
7. Bachelor's degree in humanities and/or business;
8. Master's degree in HR Management will be considered a plus;
9. Experience in HR (even brief) will be considered a plus;
10. Excellent knowledge of the English language;
11. Solid knowledge of Office package;
12. Teamwork, communication skills, clarity of exposition and interpersonal relationship management.
Location: Cermenate (CO)
Contract: we offer a 6-month internship, salary 900€, possibility of smart working, company canteen.
