MISSION
The Commercial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving regional business performance by developing and executing strategic action plans to achieve commercial targets. This role focuses on enhancing sales and marketing activations, supporting markets in implementing financial tools and loyalty programs, and fostering strong collaboration between headquarters and regional teams. By ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs, the Commercial Operations Manager contributes to sustained growth and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Market Advocacy & Collaboration
1. Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and regional markets, fostering open, inclusive, and effective communication.
2. Gather insights and feedback from diverse markets to drive business improvements and optimize commercial strategies.
Regional Action Plans & Sales Initiatives
1. Develop and implement regional action plans and sales activation strategies on a monthly and quarterly basis, aligning with diverse market needs and commercial goals.
2. Lead and coordinate sales activations, promotional campaigns, and tactical initiatives to enhance market performance.
Financial Tools & Customer Engagement
1. Support regional teams in designing and implementing accessible and customer-centric financial tools that drive engagement and sales performance.
2. Develop and oversee inclusive loyalty programs that enhance customer retention and lifetime value across different market segments.
Strategic Planning & Budget Management
1. Contribute to the development of structured, data-driven quarterly commercial plans that reflect the unique needs of each region.
2. Support budgeting activities, ensuring transparent performance tracking against key commercial KPIs and optimizing resource allocation for equitable growth.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
2. 5-8 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales activation, or business development, preferably within a multinational or regional business environment.
3. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with diverse teams.
4. Results-oriented, determined, and adaptable to a dynamic and competitive environment.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across headquarters and regional teams.
6. Solid commercial background, including experience in target setting, sales planning, financial tools, and loyalty program management.
7. Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
8. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates from adjacent industries with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
9. Fluency in Italian (Native/Fluent) and English (C2/Proficient) is required, while knowledge of additional languages is optional.
