Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Training Operations Support Staff based in Rome, Italy. The person in charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations that include coordinating resources/schedule, tracking inventory, monitoring dispatch activities and processing training documentation. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. This position will require work during weekend days.
Qualifications
Operations and Operations Management skills
Analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience with a passionate and friendly approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
Experience in or knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
Excellent written/spoken knowledge of English and Italian Language
