Precision Contractors is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our project team’s success! As part of our operations, you’ll have a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and are completed on time and within budget. As Project Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and onsite teams. Risk management, problem-solving, and maintaining project documentation are also crucial components of the job.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
* Coordinate and supervise Superintendents, construction workers, and subcontractors
* Review the work progress daily
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
* Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
* Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
* Develop detailed project work schedules, ensuring resources are available and timelines are feasible
* Budgeting and cost management to keep the project within financial constraints
* Contract administration includes negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
* Quality control checks to deliver projects that meet all the agreed specifications
* Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary project team, and resolving conflicts
* Prepare and submit Requests for Information, Submittals, Change Orders, and any other required project-related communications
* Review drawings and specifications for constructability, completeness, and accuracy
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Procore construction management software
* Proven work experience in construction management
* Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
* Other construction licenses and certifications considered
