EOS Solutions, a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, is seeking a Consultant Digital Transformation for its office in Bologna.
The selected candidate will join the internal Digital Transformation department at EOS and will be responsible for analyzing business processes, applying the most suitable solutions to govern digital transformation initiatives, and supporting the lifecycle of digital projects. The Consultant Digital Transformation will participate in business requirements analysis and testing of implemented solutions, actively contributing to the modernization of business processes.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze existing business processes and propose effective solutions.
* Support the management of the digital project lifecycle and requests for changes to the corporate information system.
* Analyze business requirements and participate in the design, development, and testing of implemented solutions.
* Collaborate in the creation of prototypes and applications based on artificial intelligence to optimize business processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the company’s digital processes and solutions.
* Formalize and document business processes using visual tools to facilitate understanding and optimization.
* Provide support to business users in adopting new digital solutions and respond to ordinary and extraordinary assistance requests.
* Support the management of internal migrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central releases.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of functional analyst for ERP and CRM information systems.
* Good knowledge of business processes and best practices for implementing digital projects and solutions.
* Competence in gathering and analyzing business requirements and formalizing processes.
* Skills in testing and validating digital solutions.

* Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
