The M-I SWACO production center located in Occhiobello, Italy, serves a broad portfolio of equipment and products applied in the surface systems of drilling rigs serving the Oil&Gas business and drilling perforation.

The Customer Service Intern will assist in managing activities related to the Legal Entity (Smith Int'l Italia SpA) and gain experience in various finance and tax tasks within the team.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\
* Support customer service functions and sales order entries in SAP ERP
* Coordinate orders and shipments between Manufacturing and customers
* Interface with departments handling activities such as credit and collections, sales, shipping and purchasing to ensure effective and timely service to customer
* Track and report to customer and sales staff delivery date, anticipated delays, conflicting terms and conditions of customer purchase orders

Qualifications

* University Degree or equivalent
\
Required Technical Skills
\
* Good knowledge of Ms Excel
\
PREFERRED SKILLS
\
* Knowledge or interest in PowerBI or other BI tools
\
Soft Skills
\
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Ability to interact with different levels of the organization
* Eager to learn and demonstrate initiative
