Customer Service Representative (Protected Category – Law 68/99)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and seamless order management. You will work in an international and dynamic environment where collaboration is valued.
This role involves managing customer orders and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process. Your responsibilities include:
* Processing and managing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
* Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing to guarantee product availability.
* Managing import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and correct documentation.
* Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate product information.
* Maintaining up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the system.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to solve issues related to order processing and delivery.
We are looking for a candidate who is registered under Law 68/99 (Protected Categories) and has:
* A higher professional education.
* Up to 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order processing systems.
* Strong communication skills in Italian both written and verbal, English is a plus.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
