The mission of the position is to plan and coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products and lines. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, taking into account optimum use of the resources. Responsibilities include: Performing all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, considering order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations, and personnel resources. Developing a production schedule detailing all tasks and deadlines to meet predicted completion dates. Controlling the production sequence to optimize resource usage. Coordinating material movements between production units for optimum production runs. Contributing to cooperation with all sides involved and forwarding all relevant information to maintain an optimum logistics chain. Setting up and monitoring KANBAN control cycles for finished and semi-finished goods. Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to the schedule. Analyzing and revising production plans and updating deadlines. Keeping paperwork organized and using ERP system (SAP/APO) to record operations, materials, times, and other relevant parameters. Providing necessary production documentation and data for each production order. Preparing and submitting status and performance reports. Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Troubleshooting problems during production and addressing issues to minimize disruptions. Identifying shortages, bottlenecks, or inventory-related problems and ensuring they do not reoccur. Liaising with production for clarification and coordination of balanced demands and plans.
