Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Unit Manager – After Sales to lead the commercial and operational strategy of the after-sales division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing after-sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement the commercial strategy for the growth of the After Sales business, developing distribution and communication channels, retaining existing clients, and acquiring new ones.
* Manage operational activities, monitoring key performance indicators (revenue, margin, etc.) and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
* Manage personnel, assigning tasks based on skills, overseeing team activities, and handling recruitment and professional development through training programs.
* Follow-up on orders and contracts, negotiating the best conditions with suppliers and partners, ensuring product compliance, and ensuring service quality.
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining close coordination with other business units.
Your Profile
* Degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience as a Business Unit Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, preferably in the After Sales department of EPC, with at least 5 years of experience.
* A master’s degree in business management, such as an MBA, is preferred.
* Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Availability for short international business trips.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a strong team-oriented approach.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language will be considered a plus.
