Essential:
* Previous experience with the Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar F&B Point-of-Sale software products.
* Tertiary qualification in a Technical or Hospitality Management field
* Knowledge of manual Food & Beverage procedures.
* Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Oracle 12c, 19c Database Server is preferred.
* Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, PC’s and troubleshooting techniques.
* Good knowledge of Hardware - Workstations, Printers and any peripherals.

* Troubleshoot SQL queries, SOAP and REST API call sequences, and overall menu item structure of Oracle Simphony.
