Human resources specialist, company specializing in research and selection of personnel, is seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist for internal staffing integration on behalf of an industrial packaging client.
Job Description:
The resource to be appointed, under the General Management, will be responsible for the legal protection of the company and compliance with the activities' policies, and will be in charge of the following tasks:
* Supervise and draft all relevant contractual documentation, ensuring the drafting and revision of contractual clauses, policies, and internal regulations;
* Monitor new regulatory provisions, evaluating their impact on business;
* Prepare the creation and coordination of adequate reporting channels for conformity issues;
* Identify voluntary rules to follow based on professional knowledge of the applicable normative framework, and control their respect by every organization member;
* Design and apply a method of communication and information sharing, adopting a system of reciprocal collaboration in identifying and overcoming non-conformities regarding adequacy to norms;
* Ensure that the company can fulfill all its duties based on applicable laws and regulations, and that its members can adapt to the best extent to corporate policies and respect them entirely;
* Develop and implement the organization's compliance program management;
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree in economics or law;
2. Master's degree specialization (Corporate Lawyer and similar);
3. Prior experience gained in similar roles within Compliance/Risk Management;
4. Multidisciplinary skills based on in-depth studies covering privacy, administrative liability, anticorruption, cybersecurity, ISO technical standards, workplace safety; knowledge of GDPR and Model 231 Organizational Model;
5. Knowledge and use in performing their duties of the international reference methodology ISO 37301:2021
