Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to lead our strategy and relationship with clients, driving sales and promotion of Cosentino products. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or field merchandising, preferably with a customer database like Salesforce.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals and maintaining a positive and profitable relationship.
* Develop and maintain product knowledge to present to customers and ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
* Promote visits to Cosentino Centers, identify new points of sale, and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
* Manage customer relationships, resolve concerns, and provide post-sale service.
* Prepare action plans, collaborate with corporate staff, and execute business strategies for all customer segments.
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or field merchandising.
* Driver's license.
* Experience with a customer database (Salesforce preferred).
