Description:
He/She supports the central Digital Agency in the development of Digital Marketing & Communication initiatives.
He/She is active on the implementation of VWFS' social strategy.
He/She develops all internal digital communication channels and analyzes data & insights provided by analytics.
He/She has responsibility for the Company Website, working, in collaboration with local business units to ensure its optimization and to deliver a high-quality customer and lead journey.
He/She proposes and supports the delivery of creative content (Banner, Mail, Video, ...).
Crucial to this role is the strong cooperation with all the Product Owners, Digital CRM Specialist and the Digital Data Specialist to set up the best initiatives to increase sales, loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Also crucial is the cooperation with all local department involved in digital projects (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Brand Management) to conduct business campaigns/initiatives to exploit all life cycle of digital sales (from prospect to retention) through CRM and Performance marketing campaigns, digital Brand/FS Content Strategy and Customer Engagement
Role and duty – core business:
He/She is responsible for the solution design, implementation and go live of automated CRM campaigns in collaboration with the Central Digital Agency and key stakeholders (Brands, Marketing and Sales).
He/She is responsible for the set up and monitoring of SEA and Performance Marketing Campaigns in collaboration with the Central Digital Agency and key stakeholders (Brands, Marketing and Sales).
He/She develops and implements Social Content Strategy, SEO Website and Journeys Optimization.
He/She proposes and supports the delivery of creative contents (Banners, Mail, Videos, etc.).
He/She takes care of the Company Website, working, in collaboration with local business units to ensure its optimization and to deliver a high quality journey to customers and leads.
He/She monitors CHI and online reputation.
He/She is responsible for the solution design, implementation and go live of market research and customer surveys.
He/She defines and analyzes target customers targeted by campaigns.
He/She analyzes data and insights provided by analytics.
He/She implements Sales, Digital Cross Selling and Renewal programs in collaboration with central Digital Agency and key stakeholders (Brands, Marketing and Sales).
He/She supports the central Digital Agency and product owners in setting up and customizing Salesforce.
He/She supports the Product Owners, in collaboration with the Digital Data Specialist, in defining processes for digital & direct sales channel development.
He/She conducts Customer Relationship activities (Sell, Cross Sell, Renewals), with the objective of increasing the commercial performance of the Digital & Direct channel by coordinating the strategy with our Brands and commercial areas.
Competences:
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Prior experience and full awareness in using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Modules
Knowledge of Content Marketing and Adobe Experience Manager & Analytics;
Knowledge of key collaboration tools (Jira and Confluence).
Prior experience in projects managed through Agile methodology is a plus.
