Irinox, founded in 1989 in Italy, is recognized worldwide as a specialist in the production of rapid temperature reduction systems and high-quality conservation systems for both professional and domestic use, as well as stainless steel electrical panels. The production, Made in Italy, is entirely carried out at its facilities on the outskirts of Treviso.
Position:
For the division of temperature reduction systems, we are seeking a Quality Specialist. The individual will operate within the Quality team and will ensure that our products meet all quality and reliability requirements for marketing in the relevant markets. You will be responsible for conducting compliance tests, drafting technical documentation, and collaborating across departments to ensure products are always updated and compliant with company standards.
Responsibilities:
* Define and update equipment usage profiles by processing IoT data.
* Define test plans to verify product quality and reliability.
* Set up test benches for conducting tests.
* Conduct tests and define acceptance criteria to meet company standards.
* Participate in compliance tests and support troubleshooting until passing the required tests.
* Draft reports related to passed tests and collaborate with other areas of the company to ensure documentation is always updated and available.
* Evaluate and manage risks associated with business activities to ensure product compliance.
* Support continuous improvement activities.

Technical skills we seek:
* You have a Diploma in Electronics/Engineering or a degree in Electronic/Electrotechnical/Mechanical Engineering.
* You have at least 3 years of experience in the same field.
* You have a good knowledge of English (Level B1 or higher).
* You possess a fair understanding of accelerated life testing and relevant regulations in the company's sector.
* You have previous experience in a laboratory or process quality role.
Preferred qualifications:
* Knowledge of Six Sigma tools: 8D Report, FMEA, Ishikawa Diagram, etc.
* Experience using laboratory and control instrumentation.
