To be in support to the HR Retail team for the following activities: Be commercially focused (business partner for the Retail Department);
Supporting in managing the retail recruiting processes (planning interviews, giving feedbacks to candidates);
Handle all HR admin procedures and documentations;
Handle Payroll cycle within EMEA perimeter;
Manage Labour relations;
Manage hiring/dismissal processes for stores;
Build strong connections with external providers (for Recruiting, Legal counseling, Payroll);
Be able to understand and know the HR motivation systems;
Be the ambassador of FURLA brand and represent the DNA and company heritage during the interview and/or during the Career Days;
Establish a strong connection with Retail District Managers and Store Mangers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Strong motivation to become a professional in the HR field;
Fluent in English, French knowledge is a plus;
