Job Description
The Production Planner plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence by ensuring the efficient use of resources and timely delivery.
This position involves analyzing production demands, coordinating material and personnel resources, addressing deviations in collaboration with production management, and driving improvements in supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze production demands and create actionable plans to meet business objectives.
* Manage capacity overview (materials and labor) to ensure production meets project schedules and customer expectations.
* Monitor and adjust deviations from the production plan in collaboration with production management teams.
* Prepare detailed planning in the ERP system, allocate resources, manage inventory levels, and resolve issues affecting efficiency or delivery.
* Conduct early analysis for order confirmations and provide work-in-progress reporting to stakeholders.
* Evaluate plant-level conditions and resource availability to ensure production feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fields.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills to create and optimize production schedules.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to production challenges.
* Proficiency in production planning tools and systems.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
