1. Optimize the allocation of production plans to manufacturers to maximize product availability, considering production constraints throughout the entire supply chain.
2. Support the planning strategy for LG items (best-sellers and novelties) to ensure an efficient production flow.
3. Analyze supplier workload and, based on Demand Planning priorities, define monthly production order assignments by monitoring planning and verifying the feasibility of the advanced order plan with suppliers before uploading confirmation to the system.
4. Monitor manufacturers' production plans and performance, including site visits, analysis of pre-series and batch zero production, and participation in meetings with the Supply Chain team and HQ to share production progress updates.
5. Issuing orders within the ERP system (SAP) for façon production, for internal production (cutting phase) and for the pre-series of new launches;
6. Creation of new vendors in the system by finding the necessary documentation for supplier activation in master data and validation in a CSR perspective
7. Participation in meetings between the Industrial team in Florence and the team in HQ (Hamburg) to share information on production progress and new orders.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
8. Degree in Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent;
9. 2/3 years of experience in the leather goods and /or Footwear Industry in positions of Production Planning and Control;
10. Good knowledge of the phases of leather production;
11. Good English Level (level B2 or higher);
12. Good command of Excel (Pivot, Macro etc.);
13. Methodological, numerical and annual approach
14. Negotiation skills
