About the Role
As an Area/Shift Manager at Amazon, you will lead a large and diverse team to ensure your area of the business stays on pace with demand. This hands-on role provides experience in managing operations at a global level and making everything run seamlessly.

A Day in the Life
You'll work shifts at one of our operational sites, maintaining safety standards within your team and across your site. Your main focus is to prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other responsibilities like individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
About the Team
Amazon Logistics handles last mile delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. Our goal is to make customers' delivery experiences as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for new concepts like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.

Requirements
* University degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree), completed before start date
* Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
