Some roles shape what a product does. This one also shapes how it speaks. We are looking for a Conversation Designer & UX Writer to join our Experience Design Factory (XDF) team. You will be responsible for crafting human-centered conversational flows for our virtual assistant, as well as writing impactful UX copy across our digital touchpoints. This is a hybrid role that requires a strategic mindset and the ability to move fluidly between teams and tasks, ensuring that every interaction speaks with clarity, feels natural, and helps users move forward with confidence. REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years of experience in designing user-centered chatbots and voice assistant experiences based on natural language A user-centered mindset and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Solid knowledge of NLP principles and computational linguistics Hands-on experience with user research involving virtual assistants Strong skills in content design and content strategy Ability to write clear, inclusive, and accessible microcopy for digital interfaces, aligned with brand tone of voice Experience in designing natural dialogue flows based on UX writing and turn-taking principles Familiarity with generative AI tools Background in computational linguistics, human-computer interaction, creative writing, communication, or psychology Fluency in English in order to read technical documentation, write short reports, and contribute to meetings SOFT SKILLS Flexibility and adaptability.
