Your opportunity
Sidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE). The main focus is on following: Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites; Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales; - Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel’s equipment installed at customer sites.
Your Mission
1. Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications;
2. Supervise installation of new equipment and option and upgrade;
3. Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities;
4. Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities;
5. Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction;
6. Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules;
7. Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site;
8. Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables;
9. Report to the ISM for team site activities.
Your Profile
10. Level of education and languages:
11. Degree of Technical professional qualification
12. English fluent, written and spoken.
13. Other foreign languages knowledge is a plus.
14. Required experience andskills:
15. At least 2 years・ experience in field activities;
16. Experience in the beverage industry;
17. Consolidated technical background;
18. Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus;
19. Availability to travel around 180/200 days per year
