The Clinical IT Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all activities related to the Clinical IT solutions. This position is part of the WITs team located in Italy. You will be a part of the Clinical IT team and report to the Clinical IT Manager responsible for coordinating both upstream (the product) and downstream (the go to market) sales, marketing, project management areas, and consulting post-sales support for the Beckman Coulter Clinical IT portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Implement the Clinical IT solutions, ensuring that they reflect what is expected in the design phase, within the expected time and modes. Ensure careful and accurate control of the project and be accountable for the project's documentation and reporting. Manage any issues that may arise during the project's implementation and identify the corrective actions necessary to complete it in the required timeline. Build and preserve relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through the adoption of targeted solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted consultant for customers regarding Clinical IT solutions, sharing new ideas on possible improvements and developments for Clinical-IT products. The essential requirements of the job include: Degree in Biomedical engineering or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for IVD market (e.g. Lab. Middleware, LIS, etc.) Customer communication and listening attitude Fluency in Italian & English Ability to work flexible hours as business needs, available to travel 50%-70% of the time.
