CCH Tagetik is seeking a passionate Junior Client Trainer Intern to support all activities related to the Corporate Academy and Knowledge Management teams. In particular:
1. Support the research and development of new training courses and related additional assets under the guidance of a senior member or a Subject Matter Expert, in particular related to new features released
2. Maintain existing training material
3. Test existing training material after technical or functional updates.
4. Support the creation and maintenance of digital assets related to product enablement such as videos, e-learning, knowledge base articles
You will:
5. Assist the Academy/Knowledge Management team and the whole training network, by supporting the activities of the senior team members, under their guidance. Particular focus would be in the development of “new release feature” to be produced quarterly
6. Be aware of all the tools and best practices necessary to work in a professional manner
7. Assist in training organization, delivery and content management (updates, upgrades and related tools)
8. Improve your knowledge about CCH Tagetik processes by means of both on-the-job experience and formal learning
9. Support the creation of content (Knowledge Base articles, Training Material, Enablement videos, etc.)
Your profile:
10. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred (e.g. Digital Humanities, Digital Communication, Languages, Economics)
11. Strong attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude towards the role
12. Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Good problem solving skills
15. Open-minded and open to interact with people from different background and cultures
16. Willing to learn and to interact with many different stakeholders and departments
17. Knowledge of enterprise software (ERP, BI tool) or cloud software (e.g. Salesforce, Workday, Success Factors) is a plus.
