Overview
Responsibilities
* Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
* Participate in Outbound Campaigns for Install Base and Net New Customers to drive sales opportunities
* Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
* Assess and analyze prospects current process and requirements
* Provide engaging and articulate information about Quest Software's value proposition to potential customers
* Maintain well organised, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the CRM system
* Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications
* 1-2 years proven commercial experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years experience in sales management
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector, and can develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
* Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems
* Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
* Familiarity with Quest Software products
* CRM and Excel skills preferred
