To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Accounting Reporting Supervisor to join YOOX Group Accounting and Administration team.

Potential Start Date: September 2024
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
1. Manage data collection of actual results for month-end activities (monthly reporting);
2. Guarantee and maintain regular scheduled processes and reports (assets and liabilities, other financial data, etc..);
3. Develop various ad-hoc data queries and deliver results in a concise manner to internal and HQ management;
4. Propose and implement improvements and automation for existing reporting processes;
5. Ensure all procedural documentation relevant to the reporting environment is maintained up-to-date;
6. Actively work on assigned projects and various business initiatives as well as ad-hoc demand;
7. Implementation and formalization of processes and procedures within the area of responsibility;
8. Monitor main cross-area activities (Accounting, ICS, Controlling Team and IT, etc..) and their implementation according the deadlines requested, throughout continuous updates and specular mapping (ex-ante and ex-post), reported to each owner of the flows;
9. Management of the relationship with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, controller, reporting, etc..) on the verification of the specific reports prepared;
10. Management of periodic accounting closing process in compliance with the policy and procedures applied in the Group;
The type of person that we are looking for:
11. University Degree in Economics
12. Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRS;
13. Proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite in general;
14. Knowledge of Navision, SAP FI/CO and SQL will be considered a plus
15. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
16. Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and show flexibility
17. Reliability, accuracy and discretion
18. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, a problem-solving and proactive approach
19. Motivation in an administrative role
20. Ability to work with colleagues from foreign countries
