Your responsibilities will include: Conducting threat analyses, security risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards across product control and software elements. This includes integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle and proactively managing security initiatives to identify and mitigate issues promptly. Leading the team in adopting high security standards through training, mentorship, and the implementation of customer security requirements, thus fostering a culture of continuous security improvement. Utilizing your deep understanding of OT environments, including OT-IT integration challenges, to design resilient security software and hardware architectures. Staying ahead of industry security threats and solutions, leveraging your expertise in operating systems, programming, and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate security tasks and enhance system defenses. Carefully evaluating and implementing our customers' security requirements to ensure that our products not only meet but exceed industry expectations. Proactively track and manage the progress of security initiatives, swiftly identifying and addressing any emerging issues or potential bottlenecks. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, with professional experience in industrial software development. Demonstrated knowledge in Windows architecture, PLC-based control systems, and a thorough understanding of IT/OT security standards. Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability, keeping abreast of the evolving OT security landscape, and the capability to develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation.
