Responsibilities
1. Contribute to achieving maximum customer satisfaction (by professional performance, appropriate customer communication and taking care of customer requests)
2. Support achieving high and sustainable profitability (by efficient working)
3. Support increasing the service business (by forwarding information on cross-selling potential and leads to responsible persons)
4. Help continuously improving AVL’s market position, product quality and affected AVL processes (by delivering high quality service and providing feedback to the management and quality)
5. Prepare and support the preparation of (own) activities
6. Check of system installation and safety chains
7. Calibration of measurement chains and verification of overall system function as well as perform corrective and preventive maintenance based in available guidelines
8. Documentation of results and services performed by using defined templates (calibration protocols, service reports) and archiving (backup) of system settings
9. Handover system to the customer together with the project leader
10. Documentation of executed tasks (via CESAR or FSM report)
11. Report Quality issues for future improvements (product & process)
12. User Support ▪ Service/analyze customer’s requests and handle/ solve them (depending on skill level)
13. Provide useful feedback on optimization potentials, customers, products and services to management, support organization, product and quality management
14. Execution of tasks according to training & documents (if available acc. prepared CPL work package)
15. Communicate with customer and achieve customer satisfaction by high quality work and keeping commitment
16. Act in accordance with AVL’s processes including improvement processes
17. Meet with project team prior and after commissioning
18. Require Support from Commissioning Support Center or similar 2nd Level support
19. Trigger of continues improvements (8D-Reports, AVP)
20. Escalate service issues in case of missing information or other uncertainties to the dedicated skill team leader
21. Observe AVL's and customers safety regulations
Profile
22. Technical education in electrics or mechanics - depending on the country
23. Permission to work on electrical installations and systems (if applicable)
24. Secondary technical college/ university of applied sciences/ university of technology graduate, apprenticeship with experience or comparable
25. High quality awareness and adequate execution exactness as well as troubleshooting and analytic skills
26. English skills (B2 or higher, AVL Skills Rating level 2)
