We are now looking for an experienced Sales Representative for our Water Solutions segment.
As an expert in Biogas, you will support the development and sales of chemical and digital solutions for Biogas in the Industrial Water sector. Understanding customer processes, applications in Biogas and chemical market fundamentals is highly valued.
The position will be based from home and cover Italy. You will be reporting to Sr. Sales Manager, Industrial Water, Mediterranean & Middle East.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets and developing profitable business within the market. You will also understand the complexities of providing chemical and digital solutions within the Industrial water marketplace, especially for Biogas.
* Supporting in the preparation of short and mid-range sales plans to reach nominated targets and supporting the development of the demand forecast and strategies for achieving results.
* Retaining long-term customer relationships with established accounts projected to generate future sales and repeat business.
* Negotiating complex sales contracts and effectively communicating with all key stakeholders.
* Identifying new business opportunities and actively gathering competitive intelligence.
What you’ll bring to the team:
* Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, or other science related degree or equivalent.
* Proven sales experience and strong technical background gained in the Biogas market, ideally with a knowledge of water treatment chemicals.
* Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
* Customer relationship management and reporting, preferably with experience of Salesforce.
* Willing to travel (up to 60%, Europe and Middle East occasionally).
