We are seeking a Data Scientist expert in Generative AI and Computer Vision to join our team at Reply.
Our company specializes in Consulting, Systems Integration and Digital Services, with a focus on the conception, design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement AI-driven solutions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning to optimize business processes. They will analyze domain datasets, extracting insights and transforming business needs into predictive models.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing AI-driven solutions
* Analyzing domain datasets and extracting insights
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy scalable AI applications
Technologies used include:
* Lang Graph / Crew AI for building complex agentic LLM architectures and agent-based solutions
* Microsoft Azure (Azure Open AI, Document Intelligence, ML Studio) for scalable AI services and deployments
* Python for AI solution development and integration
* PyTorch and Hugging Face for creating and training custom deep learning models

To be successful, you will need:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
* Proficiency in Python for developing AI solutions
* Strong background in statistical analysis and data mining
* Expertise in NLP techniques, including text categorization, entity extraction, text generation, and chatbot development
* Experience integrating Generative AI solutions and leveraging Large Language Models in real-world applications
* Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks
Nice-to-have skills include:
* Experience with computer vision techniques
* Familiarity with LoRA frameworks for optimizing and scaling AI models
* Prior exposure to cloud-based AI services, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
