The selected candidate will be responsible for: Managing supplier resources to ensure compliance with contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Monitoring the operation of assigned systems to ensure quality performance, overseeing ticket status, and planning maintenance activities. Coordinating and supervising internal operational team activities and external service providers (Help Desk, various assistance, etc.) during faults or incidents. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to achieve operational goals. Producing periodic activity reports, conducting improvement analyses, and verifying documentation of systems for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository. Ensuring complete, accurate, and continuously updated documentation of systems and procedures. Having knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, etc., including architecture, components, and operation. Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for monitoring and managing tickets and supplier SLA) and Genetec Security Center platform. This activity is primarily on-site, with remote work being considered.
