Job Title: Project Manager
Main Responsibilities:
1. Deliver portfolio projects according to established timing, ensuring respect for agreed costs, time, and quality.
2. Produce operating forecast reports for assigned clients in collaboration with the Sales function.
3. Support Key Customer Managers in drafting complex MSC quotations to anticipate potential delivery issues.
4. Develop project planning and detailed programming.
5. Effectively manage human resources within individual projects, promoting communication and teamwork.
6. Achieve established Profit and Loss targets by focusing on project profitability improvement and supporting activity optimization.
7. Distribute resources across activities and monitor work-in-progress.
8. Perform periodic cost, scope, and job card control processes, reporting progress and quality to PM Managers.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Certification as Third Party Lead Auditor in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 37001) for at least two schemes.
* Previous experience in successfully managing complex projects within certification bodies.
* Excellent client communication skills and proven track record of building strong relationships.
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian.
