Job Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to design utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects with an initial focus on project development support. Using industry standard software, technical design work will progress from preliminary to detail level in line with the project's development maturity. Optimizing layouts and yields based on constraint analysis. Design in compliance with industry codes and standards and incorporating feedback from Construction, Operations and Development. Support the preparation of post-construction documentation. Provide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on site. Support and lead technical due diligences. Optimal cooperation within Renewables, consisting of developers, engineers, project, contract, and offtake managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partners. Strong stakeholder management activities internally and externally. Your Profile Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field). Extensive experience in utility-scale solar design and project delivery. Proficiency in solar PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) and understanding of renewable energy systems. Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and system optimization capabilities. Proven track record of international work experience and cultural adaptability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Business fluency in English (other languages are an advantage). Open-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented.
