Acquisitions Office Staff
We are seeking a professional to join our team in the acquisitions office, providing support for approximately 2-3 months during maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Purchasing raw materials, equipment, and supplies, including identifying new suppliers.
* Negotiating commercial and economic agreements with suppliers and third-party providers.
* Preparing price lists, invoices, and documents for ISO certifications.
* Collaborating with the technical department on prototypes and new materials.
* Overseeing suppliers and monitoring the production chain.
* Coordinating logistics and managing imports, including preparing customs clearance documents (air or sea freight, particularly from China).
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or a related field.
* Proficient in English language.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Availability to travel within Italy as needed for supplier meetings or trade shows.
Job Type: Temporary contract for 1 year (maternity leave replacement)
Salary: Commensurate with experience and defined by the company management.
Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Location: Belluno area, Veneto region, Italy.
