Onsite level 2 IT support for your users in hardware and software problems. We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies. You will be directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets from your users: Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations, and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues Deal with stock / asset management Provide support in meeting/conferencing rooms Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices You are exiting your users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach.
