Job Description We are seeking a proactive and dynamic
Credit Projects Specialist
to join our
Credit Process & Projects
team in Turin. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize credit evaluation processes, enhancing both efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of the credit or underwriting industry, along with strong analytical skills and a passion for project-driven activities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Credit Project Management
: oversee and coordinate credit-related projects and their evolution, leveraging new data as it becomes available. Identify areas for improvement in credit decision-making processes and propose solutions utilizing automation and advanced data usage;
New ProjectsManagement and Development
: manage and develop new projects requested by the parent company or regulatory requirements, such as those related to ESG;
Innovative Projects Management
: analyze and utilize customer banking data to enhance credit decisions. Apply technical and analytical skills to credit processes in both Italy and international markets, with the subsequent update of credit strategies;
Process Digitization & Collaboration with Business Teams
: work in synergy with other departments (Business Development, IT, New Banking Products, Legal, Compliance) to define and implement innovative processes for both the company and customers. Ensure all analyses and data usage comply with GDPR and PSD2 regulations;
Monitoring New Processes
: collaborate with the IT team to develop necessary reporting, oversee and distribute data, and monitor processes to ensure the correct operation of data flow. Generate interactive dashboards to effectively communicate insights to business teams, compliance, and product development.
Requirements Education
: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
Experience
: 2-3 years in similar roles within the credit or digital/IT processes sector;
Technical Skills
:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Python);
Strong data analysis capabilities;
Project management skills for defining business processes. Communication & Collaboration
