Overview:We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, develop engaging content, and drive audience growth across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has excellent communication skills, and can translate brand identity into compelling online experiences.Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities.Content Creation & Management:Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.).Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment.Community Management & Engagement:Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, fostering a strong brand community.Handle customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.Analytics & Performance Tracking:Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).Prepare reports and provide recommendations for optimizing engagement, reach, and conversions.Collaboration & Brand Consistency:Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice.Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for partnerships and campaigns.Preferred Experience:2+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing for sport brands.Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
