SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESPlans and coordinate testing and development activities of engines; Is referent forother function (Platform Engineering, Product Concept, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Assembly) for testing activities on assigned engines; Ensures proper execution of the test and the delivery of consistent and reliable test results; Contributes to minor technical work of consumer innovation projects and other strategic business initiatives.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENMaster degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; Three years of related work experience required.TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW & SOFT SKILLGood level of knowledge of engine technology and components; Deep knowledge of engine operation and diesel combustion and emission process; Good knowledge of testing procedures, device and equipment; Good knowledge of project management, problem solving, and time management skills; Basic capability to analyze data and recommend necessary solutions; Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; Cooperation andteamwork abilities; Upper-intermediate English language knowledge required, both written and verbal.
