The Product and Content Specialist is responsible for knowing the product and communicating it to the market through brochures, videos, and websites. The content is therefore the heart of the job. The products are Executive Open and Custom Programs, Events, Research, and Special projects. The ideal candidate will be in charge of communicating products by creating narrative and storytelling, enriching them with new contents such as videos, testimonials, quotes, re-writing & adapting messages across different channels, and finding new ways to engage with participants, thus encouraging them to apply for our programs. His/her final goal is presenting the School’s programs and products in the best possible way. Main responsibilities Engaging properly with the Faculty that owns the contents of the products, and deeply understanding the strengths and the uniqueness of the Programs, in order to present and communicate them in the best possible way to maximize the product performance. Understanding customers (prospects, post-grad students, Alumni, companies), their needs, how they select the products they adopt and use, and their purchase behaviors, in order to support the Recruiting & Admissions and the Business Development teams with their conversion activities. You will develop a comprehensive marketing plan for your programs, positioning and messaging what differentiates them in the market. You will drive product awareness, interest, and consideration in the higher education market in Italy, Europe, and internationally. You will be the main contact for program directors and have the relational ability to involve all the internal stakeholders (such as Business Development, Recruiting and Admission, Program Management or Associate Dean) in all the critical moments of the lifecycle of the program. You will translate the USP of our programs into effective messages and will develop content accordingly. In synergy with our Channel Marketing Team you will manage product launches – plan the launch of new products (Open Programs) and make sure all internal stakeholders are engaged. You will participate, together with the campaign manager, in designing and executing go-to-market strategies, focusing on the customer segmentation, defining the correct product positioning. Requirements Master degree, preferably in humanities/languages/marketing. Minimum 2/3 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in the Education or Luxury industry. Strong communication and presentation skills. A passion for writing and educational contents. Excellent writing skills and obsessive care for details (fluent written and spoken English is essential). Microsoft Office Skills (strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point is required). Appreciated knowledge of digital marketing and website metrics as well as tracking tools. Relationship management skills. Experience with international working environment. Graphic skills. One year of proved experience abroad (for studying or working).
