We are looking for a PLC Technician (Automation) to join our team in Forli. YOU will be involved in the following tasks: • Execute maintenance care Plans (at break and planned).• Implement software program improvement.• Provides technical expertise in PLC specific field.• Improve reliability of the unit by implementing repair reccomandtions.• Provides oversight to the specific discipline.• Support Maintenance Team in daily and planned activities related to automation.Qualifications:What YOU will bring to the team:• He has know how and understanding of PLC, SCADA and ABB HMI (family Freelance AC 900F) programs.• In particular he should have familiarity with CPU PM902F linked to remote profibus RIO stations.• He has know how and understanding of Siemens PLC family S7.• Industry experience preferably in Plastic/Engineering Materials Compounding, Manufacturing in similar roles.• Can work in team and with multiple functions.• Energy and the drive to improve maintenance activities. Desirable Knowledge:• Able to define and share a general overview of the situation.• Able to analyze and report issue and possible solution to his supervisor.• Able to negotiate with the key positions in the MTTC organization.• Able to relate with peers, subordinates and management at all levels. Required education & experience:• High School degree in Electronics or similar.• 3 - 5 years of experience in complex manufacturing companies as PLC technician.
