Jefferson Wells is looking for a Senior Brand Manager - Rare Diseases on behalf of a multinational company (offices in Rome). Reporting to the Marketing Head, the main responsibility of the Senior Brand Manager will be to participate in the definition of the strategy of our key brands and ensure their execution at the Italian level. The Sr Brand Manager will design innovative strategies, deploy the brand narrative, and support cross-functional teams to cement the brands as market leaders in their category. Main activities: Develop comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plans Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and product launches Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patient needs to identify growth opportunities Create compelling messaging and content for key stakeholders Manage relationships with key stakeholders and Scientific Societies Optimize resource allocation in collaboration with the whole Marketing and OCE team Track brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements Ensure trainings to the field force Develop forecasts and LRPs J-18808-Ljbffr
